Learn to make fresh ravioli in this fun hands-on cooking class hosted at a local brewery.

 

You will prepare a creamy ricotta filling brightened with lemon, then assemble and shape your ravioli by hand. As your pasta cooks to a perfect al dente, you will finish it simply with Parmesan to let the flavors shine. Expect to discover just how satisfying homemade pasta can be from start to finish. Book your spot today!
