WHAT YOU’LL DO

Experience the cozy flavors of heartwarming Japanese dishes.
Discover Japanese comfort with a gourmet twist in a hands-on cooking class. Learn to create restaurant-quality dishes from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment.

Cook through an elaborate multi-course menu starting with an Asian street food classic -.chicken yakitori with umami flavors from salty mixture of soy sauce and mirin. Next, make a light bite of truffle soy steamed custard. For the entrée whip up a tonkatsu rice bowl with a crispy panko-crusted pork chop and Japanese barbeque sauce. End with a Japanese soufflé pancake topped with blueberry and maple compote. Book today.
No liquor is allowed on the premises.
