What You’ll Do

Let the young ones in on the cooking fun with a pasta dinner they'll love!

Pasta is the perfect introductory lesson for your young gourmets, as this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris proves. Your mini-cooks will learn how to make a homemade dinner for themselves, from appetizer to dessert.

First, they'll prepare fried zucchini sticks for a starter before tackling the main task: Making fettuccine noodles from scratch, using fresh eggs and flour. They'll also cook savory meatballs and a traditional marinara sauce to top their pasta creation. Their class ends with sweet hand-shaken chocolate ice cream for dessert.

A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 5-15.

Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Chris did a fantastic job wrangling preteens, ensuring they were engaged and keeping them on task. The food was delicious and the kids enjoyed it immensely. Would definitely recommend!
