Authentic Indian food is one-of-a-kind cuisine. Join Chef Chris on this flavorsome culinary adventure!
In this class, you will have the opportunity to learn all about Indian cuisine. Discover the aromatic spices and herbs that make Indian meals so unique. Under Chef Chris' guidance, you will prepare restaurant-style Indian plates such as traditional Indian flatbread paratha, spicy chicken tikka masala using homemade vegetarian or meat curry, the classic Indian dessert of coconut rice pudding, and more. Your senses will be overjoyed with the aromas and flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.
