Chef Salvador was fantastic. We took his cooking class in my home and he was a great teacher. He made Peruvian Ceviche, Aji de Gallina Causa, Lomo Saltado, and Suspiro Ã la Limena. He gave us some new food preparation tips and was a pleasure to have in my home. He came right on time and connected with each guest right away. At the end of the evening, it seems like I had just turned around and the kitchen, which was full of great Peruvian dishes, was suddenly spotless. I would definitely recommend Chef Salvador for your next event.
