Chef William

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Chef William for the French Indulgences lesson. Chef William put us at ease immediately and was a terrific instructor. As we made the courses, he taught us specific techniques for preparing different ingredients (ex., how to do tomato concasse, julienne onions, deglaze a pan when making sauces, etc). Chef William was easy to talk to and by the end it felt like cooking with an old friend! My husband and I loved each dish that we made and felt that it was definitely a worthwhile experience. One note - our lesson was the weekend of the crazy windstorm in DC. We actually ended up losing power towards the end (the whole street was out!) when we were eating course #4, but Chef William powered through like a total champ and turned our dinner into a romantic candlelit setting. A great experience all around and would definitely recommend.

Incredible! Such a fun night learning to cook with my husband. Chef Will was fun, very knowledgeable and the food was delicious.

Will was great company, interesting, and lots of fun. We learned a lot and totally enjoyed working with him in our kitchen. And we produced a delicious meal. Hope to meet Will again. Highly recommend Will for a dinner experience.

So much fun! Chef Will was great at demonstrating how to do things and then encouraging us to step outside our comfort zones so we could do it ourselves and feel proud of our finished products. He also taught us different techniques and ideas for cooking the recipes again in the future to create some variety. Chef Will was very personable, so it was easy to have conversations with him about topics other than food/cooking.

We had such a wonderful time! Chef William was a great teacher and made the evening so fun. The food tasted great and we definitely feel comfortable with the recipes and will be making everything again! We would 100% recommend Chef William to friends and family.

Chef William was amazing! Enjoyed him coming to our home for a Father’s Day gift for my dad. It was such a treat for our Father - Daughter bonding time. As soon as he enter our home, he was like family. He was so personable, with a great personality. My favorite part was his improvised recommendation. Some ingredients we don’t always have handy so the many suggestions were great for future recipes and techniques. Most definitely recommend Chef William with the French 101class. Thank you Chef!

Chef William was great. His instructions were easy to follow and the food we made was by far some of the best Italian food I have ever had.
