In this private chef experience, Chef Ozzy will share his signature dishes crafted entirely from scratch using the freshest seasonal ingredients. This elevated four-course menu is hearty, inventive and full of bold flavor.

Begin with pillowy Parisian gnocchi paired with mushrooms and fresh thyme. Next, enjoy a playful take on steak and eggs featuring pan-seared NY strip, silky egg cream and vibrant seasonal vegetables. For dessert, savor ricotta zeppole and an open-face macaron topped with Chantilly cream and house-made sorbet. Book this creative and flavor-packed dining experience today!

Booked the menu Rustic Italian Classics with Chef Ozzy

Chef Ozzy was the best. Showed some techniques which was cool because I love cooking. The food was top notch. cacio e pepe 10/10, steak 10/10. but his dessert stole the show somehow after all that- a strawberry sorbet (which he made from I think homegrown strawberries) and whipped cream over a homemade macaron 15/10. I didnt even think I liked macarons.

Booked the menu Modern Steakhouse with Chef Ozzy in Manhattan (Upper East Side)

My wife and I took the "modern steakhouse" cooking class with Ozzy because we were having trouble getting the desired temperature on our steaks. Ozzy came to our apartment for the class which I thought was very helpful because we got to learn in our own kitchen. Ozzy is a very experienced and accomplished chef but he was also very friendly and we loved his teaching style as it allowed us to watch him and then replicate for ourselves. I’ve cooked steak 3 times since and I have been able to cook the steak at medium rare consistently. We are very grateful that we took this lesson and would recommend Chef Ozzy to anyone that wants to learn about cooking.
