From rugged and rustic to regal and refined, the flavors of Spain are represented in a top-tier private chef experience made for pure indulgence. Chef Tiffany leads you on a striking culinary excursion through the region with an array of dishes you'll adore sharing with your closest fellow gourmets. Fill your table with three incredible courses featuring your choice of sharable tapas starters and traditional dishes like paella, ceviche and croquettes, plus a decadent dessert chosen from a list of supremely sweet classics.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Tiffany was excellent!!! From the moment she arrived and throughout the night she was pleasant and fun to be with. The meal was delicious and she was very accommodating to our request for a hybrid class of both helping with the cooking as well as watching her cook while we relaxed. She came prepared with enough cooking supplies for all 6 of us to have our own work stations and she showed us what to do and then put it all together to make a delicious Spanish dinner. We loved every minute of it and would highly recommend the class. Can't wait to do it again!

Our experience with Chef Tiffany was amazing! She was great to work with prior to the event, and responded quickly to any questions that I had (and I had a bunch). The meal was fantastic, and she was a joy to be around. I especially recommend the salted caramel budino, which was a wonderful way to end the meal.
