Working with Chef Matt was tremendous. He arrived on time, even asked if he could arrive a little early to get set up & ready to begin right on time. He brought any & all supplies you could need. He used premium ingredients which made the meal extremely flavorful. He was a great instructor, covering a multitude of cooking techniques, tips & tricks, & sharing lots of knowledge heâ€™s learned through his passion of cooking. He is very interactive & makes the entire cooking experience approachable. I highly recommend chef Matt & will happily work with him again.

Cooking with Chef Matt was an awesome experience! He was super knowledgeable without being overly instructive. He was a great conversationalist, balancing cooking and chatting really well. I would absolutely recommend this class because the food was incredible (yes, seriously!) and I would absolutely recommend any class with Chef Matt because he was great! Overall, a really fun experience.

Chef Matt is amazing! He did a great job laying out all the ingredients at each of the stations, gave clear instructions (as well as tips for chopping onions and crushing garlic!), and he made sure to stop by each station regularly in case we needed anything and just to chat. Each dish turned out amazing - you'll be completely stuffed by the end of the night. I highly recommend Chef Matt and pasta making night. So fun!

We booked Chef Matt's Spanish Paella cooking class for our company team building event in December and really enjoyed it. Chef Matt is very professional, knowledgable while at the same time really nice to work with. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time. The Cozymeal team was very helpful in making this possible. We will definitely come back again!

Book with Chef Matt! You will dream about his food and take away some very valuable skills in the kitchen. I plan to have another private event with Matt so all of my friends and family can have the same wonderful experience I had. Highly recommended. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!
