Team Building Activity - Interactive Pasta Making

What You’ll Do

Bond with your team over everyone's favorite comfort food.

As an instructor, Chef Matt takes pride in developing a custom, team-focused event for you and your co-workers.  Located in the heart of the Mission, your group can choose to compete in a cook-off challenge or develop wonderful dishes together in a formal class setting. Whatever you choose, there will be plenty of food, community, and fun! 

In this class, you'll create your very own pasta dough and shapes (linguini, pappardelle, and farfalle). You will also learn how to create classic Italian sauces from Chef Matt's famous bolognese to a traditional pesto.

Vegetarian options can be available upon request. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy.

Chef Matt is a seasoned chef with a culinary dedication that began over 25 years ago. It led to a degree in hospitality and restaurant management and French culinary school in California. Since then, he has enjoyed every role from private chef to culinary instructor. Chef Matt's love of cooking stems from the happiness and pride he takes in showcasing the simple pleasures of dining, like a rustic farm-to-table meal, seasonal flavors and laughter.

This was our first time Cozymeal experience and it was a blast! Chef Matt and Cooper were fantastic hosts and we can't wait to make the pasta at home.

Matt was amazing. He had a cheese plate waiting for us and walked us through each dish he was going ti prepare. Not only was the food amazing, but Matt was great to talk to and was very open. His house is also very comfortable and a great place to have dinner. I will definitely book with Matt again.

Chef Matt made our team event a great experience - his home is warm and welcoming and he was great company as he taught us different pasta making techniques. In the end, we all sat down for a delicious dinner!
