WHAT YOU’LL DO
Get ready to join Chef Dirk for a unique, delicious, and exciting team building experience.
In this hands-on team building culinary challenge with Chef Dirk, you will divide into teams and compete in a deeply engaging, interactive, and fun competition-style team building experience. Everyone on your team will begin by learning how to make bamboo basket-steamed dumplings in various shapes. Then, each team will prepare and cook their respective dish from Chef Dirk's Asian fusion menu with surprise basket ingredients. Chef Dirk will work closely with each team, teaching and helping with ingredient selection. The winning team will even take home a special prize!
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

We did the cozymeal cooking class (Asian fusion) as part of our team building activity. It was very fun and interactive. We learned so much about the different dishes, Chef Dirk and his assistant, Max, were also very friendly and funny! They had fun giveaways as well. The food was delicious. We were a group of 14 and it was just a new and refreshing way to have dinner with your colleagues apart from the traditional business meal dinner. highly recommend. They provide aprons for you but we brough our own company branded aprons.

Chef Dirk was incredible! He brought so much skill, humor, energy, and motivation throughout the cooking lesson. This lesson was especially fun due to the competitive element that was built into it. The food came out incredible, and our group (we were on a double date) really bonded through the experience! There was also so much food, we were stuffed by the end of the four courses. The Chef was awesome, great personality, very fun and engaging. The group had a good time!
However, the venue itself (I believe the chef's home) was quite shocking. There was a mess everywhere. There were non-functioning lights. The space was small but very untidy and felt chaotic. There was also a cat, which for our group was OK, but might affect others if there are allergies for guests, etc. The supplies were mis-matched and it felt disjointed. He had everything mapped and planned out well, but just seemed too casual for a corporate group.
I would not suggest this for any type of executive/corporate group - but Ok for a group of friends or family.
