Unlock the secrets to authentic paella with Chef Matt and your team.

Chef Matt is a skilled instructor capable of guiding your team through a collaborative team bonding culinary experience. Choose a format that suits your team the best: challenge your team to a cook-off, or work collectively to develop delicious Spanish cuisine together.

You will be transported to the shores of Valencia, Spain to create a few traditional paella dishes. You will learn all of the intricate steps, from selecting the ideal ingredients and creating a homemade sofrito, to developing a crispy socarrat and aioli finish. 

Vegetarian options can be available upon request. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy.

Since then, he has enjoyed every role from private chef to culinary instructor. This was our first time Cozymeal experience and it was a blast! Chef Matt and Cooper were fantastic hosts and we can't wait to make the pasta at home.

Matt was amazing. He had a cheese plate waiting for us and walked us through each dish he was going ti prepare. Not only was the food amazing, but Matt was great to talk to and was very open. His house is also very comfortable and a great place to have dinner. I will definitely book with Matt again.

Chef Matt made our team event a great experience - his home is warm and welcoming and he was great company as he taught us different pasta making techniques. In the end, we all sat down for a delicious dinner!
