Team Building - An Italian Experience in San Francisco

We all enjoyed the class very much. It was a great experience and Chef James was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Chef James was a great host and taught valuable tips on making pastas. His full of knowledge and very enthusiastic about cooking. I was very impress how he went from the corporate world to the culinary world. His journey to becoming a chef inspires me to learn more about cooking and food from different culture.

The class was really great. Patient and explained all the needed steps and most importantly, the meal was great!!!

Thanks so much for the intimate and unique experience, our whole group had a fantastic time and felt truly "at home". Having attended other cooking experiences, this one definitely showcases the personality and style of your chef in a setting that let's you and your party connect with your surroundings in an awesome way.

The food and experience was lovely! I had hoped we would be involved in all the courses, not just the pasta, but perhaps that was my mis-read of activity. James is very nice and knowledgable and we would recommend for a great intimate team event

Chef James' food was fantastic. He was very flexible when we needed to shorten the evening and when accommodating dietary restrictions. It was a great balance of relaxed and hands on and I personally can't wait to make the recipes he taught us. I would recommend his experience to anyone and I would definitely go back if I am ever in SF again.

Our experience with Chef James was wonderful! His home was a beautiful and welcoming setting for a night of teambuilding. Our team had so much fun learning the how-to's of pasta making. The food prepared by Chef James was incredibly delicious. Everyone on the team asked him for the recipes at the end of the evening. I would absolutely recommend this experience as a great way to spend time with friends or colleagues!

Chef James was excellent. Perfect evening with a good balance of cooking, eating and being allowed to socialize. The Gnocchi and beef were sublime. Would highly recommend.

We had a group of 6 girls for Pasta Making and had such a great time with Chef James. It was so much fun making the noodles, and they were mighty tasty! His home is lovely too. What a fantastic evening. We will definitely return to cook with James soon.

Chef James was very kind and welcoming to our group of 8. Making pasta the old-fashioned way was a new and exciting experience for the many of us. We each took turns mixing, kneading, rolling, and cutting the dough. Afterwards, Chef James served us the remaining 3-courses of our meal. Everyone in our group thought the food was delicious and thought the entire experience was fun and a great opportunity for bonding.

Chef James was great! I'm fighting off a food coma, but our team had a lovely afternoon making fresh pasta at his home. Definitely make sure to come hungry, he will make sure you leave WELL FED!
