Chef Hilda was 5/5 stars!! She was helpful and walked us through the entire process. The recipes were easy to understand, each station was well prepped, clean, and organized. We booked on a weekday and ended up having a private lesson with her. It was fantastic! We walked away with 5 to go boxes of our meal, which was incredibly delicious and coming from an Filipina it was super authentic. We loved Chef Hilda and would recommend her to everyone! We will definitely book another class!

The portions were more than generous — after enjoying a fantastic meal, we still left with a full doggie bag to savor later. Throughout the evening, Chef Hilda struck a perfect balance between expert instruction and patient encouragement, always keeping the mood light and fun, even as we required more than a little guidance in the kitchen. Chef Hilda was amazing. She was so knowledgable and personable and made us feel really at home. The food was delicious and can’t wait try out the recipes to impress our next dinner guests. Such a refreshing experience away from the Strip and couldn’t recommend highly enough!
