Celebrate a special occasion with this indulgent private chef experience. Chef Hilda will craft a distinctive culinary venture inspired by the sea.

You'll start with a shrimp fritter appetizer. Your next course is a potato leek soup with crab salad, seasonings, parsley and chives. The main course is poached wild Alaskan salmon with a Chardonnay, lemon and butter sauce. Pair this with crispy roasted Brussels sprouts and orzo pasta. For dessert, enjoy a warm berry cobbler with streusel topping and vanilla bean ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What a fun time we had. Hilda created the most wonderful dinner. Everything was absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend everyone to bring her to your home to create something wonderful for you. We will definitely treat ourselves to this wonderful again.

Wow, what a great experience! Chef Hilda was kind, interesting and knowledgeable. It was like cooking with a friend! The stations we had were prepared so well- everything was very clean and very easy to follow. She is highly organized and had all fresh ingredients. She allowed us to take photos of all the ingredients as well as where to find everything in the Las Vegas valley. She provided us with plenty of food to take home as well as a print out of all the things we made. We will definitely come back to her!!

Our class was the best! Chef Hilda led us in an extravagant preparation and dining experience . Everything was delicious and not too difficult to make so IĐ²Đ‚â„¢m not intimidated to recreate at home. Kiddos !
