Wow, this was such a great experience! Chef Hilda is so friendly, organized and accommodating. We asked if the menu could be adjusted for vegetarian and she was able to make the changes which were delicious. I did this cooking class with my sisters, but it would be a fun date activity as well.

Three girlfriends and I recently did a cooking class with Chef Hilda, and it was an absolute blast! Chef Hilda is incredibly sweet and fun to cook with. She gave us little tips and help where we needed it and then always made sure to let us try things on our own. Her home and kitchen were immaculate - a perfect cooking environment! She was very organized and created little cooking stations for each of us to work at, so everyone had something to do. The best part was that the food was absolutely amazing! And there was so much of it that we ate some of it while we were there and then took lots of leftovers (and the recipes) home with us. I highly recommend this experience. I cannot wait to try another one of Chef Hilda's cooking classes!
