Excellent chef and cooking class experience. More fun and intimate than a lecture and more enjoyable than a class where you are put to work the whole time. Couldnâ€™t be more convenient, with Chef Justin coming right on time to our apt with all of the highest quality ingredients, some picked fresh from his Brooklyn garden. We were able to participate as actively or passively as we wished, and the best part was enjoying a restaurant-quality meal at the end, one that we now know how to make on our own. With sadness and anger I write this review. Pretty disappointed with the overall cooking experience. Chef Justin did not teach anything He cooked a very small meal for us without us having any hands on experience. He never sent the recipes as promised. and he took a cigarette break which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I will not be using this company again. If I wanted a ready made meal for $200, I would go to a restaurant next time.
