What You’ll Do

Enjoy the buttery elegance of lobster and the earthy tenderness of duck with Chef Jimi.

Chef Jimi uses farm-fresh ingredients to create a modern menu teeming with delightful textures and flavors. Your private chef experience begins with a peppery arugula and pancetta salad, and crunchy Italian rice balls filled with lobster. Duck is then pan seared and served atop a bed of sunchoke kale farro hash drizzled in blackberry sauce, followed by a white chocolate cheesecake dressed in caramel for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Jimi made my husband's 35th birthday experience a memorable one. He was punctual, super communicative, and notified us moments before the first course was about to be served so we could make our way to the dining room. Chef Jimi was super professional, the food was amazing and he even brought containers for us to store the remainder of our food/dessert. I would highly recommend. =)

We had a great time with Chef Jimi. The meal was delicious and he adjusted for the guests dietary restrictions which I really appreciated. Was such a unique experience. Would do again!
