With sadness and anger I write this review. Pretty disappointed with the overall cooking experience. Chef Justin did not teach anything He cooked a very small meal for us without us having any hands on experience. He never sent the recipes as promised. and he took a cigarette break which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I will not be using this company again. If I wanted a ready made meal for $200, I would go to a restaurant next time.

Justin was engaging and informative regarding the French meal and French cooking in general. Such a fun time not to mention absolutely delicious!
