Every dish in this authentic Mediterranean cooking class is filled with fresh flavor. With Chef Justin's guidance, you'll learn how to bring the sun-soaked goodness of this mindful cuisine to your home table.

First, make an olive and tomato-studded baked feta dish served with homemade pita chips. Next, you'll prepare savory chicken kebabs with creamy tzatziki dipping sauce made from scratch and a horiatiki salad filled with garden-fresh vegetables and aromatics. Add a touch of sweetness with handmade baklava, featuring pistachios layered in tender phyllo and sweetened with honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Excellent chef and cooking class experience. More fun and intimate than a lecture and more enjoyable than a class where you are put to work the whole time. Couldn’t be more convenient, with Chef Justin coming right on time to our apt with all of the highest quality ingredients, some picked fresh from his Brooklyn garden. We were able to participate as actively or passively as we wished, and the best part was enjoying a restaurant-quality meal at the end, one that we now know how to make on our own. Thanks again Chef!
