We had such a fun experience with Chef Kenny through Cozy Meals! He taught us knife skills, how to roll sushi, and how to plan a dinner menu and cooking order. It was super interactive and we actually feel confident recreating the recipes at home. Highly recommend!

Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaimeâ€™s Home We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertopsâ€”perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision. Chef Jaimeâ€™s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued. Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. What a super unique and personal experience! I booked this a birthday gift for my husband, and the both of us loved all 3 courses. Besides meal leftovers, we were given extra ingredients (sauce, dough, cheese, etc.) to keep and use for later - that was an unexpected but lovely surprise. Chef Denis was very accommodating and personable with plenty of stories to share. I would book again for other cuisines!
