Chef Kenneth was amazing! I booked this class to celebrate my boyfriendâ€™s birthday and we had a blast. We loved everything on the menu - particularly the gnocchi. He also left us with leftovers which were greatly appreciated. Cannot recommend Chef Kenneth enough :)

Chef Ken was great-had a relaxed easygoing but professional manner. He came with everything he needed short of a blender which we provided for and assorted pots/pans. We learned a lot-and were put to work in a fun voluntary manner..our groups got their hands dirty from time to time but Ken also cooked/kept things moving forward as we were also catching up while watching/learning. I was impressed by the time saving use of the blender and various shortcuts learned to save time/effort that provided delicious results! Chef Ken taught us how easy some of these dishes were to make-incredible arancini in a marinara sauce, a fantastic Caesar salad w homemade dressing, homemade gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce, and delicious homemade cannoli w chocolate chip ricotta filling! He did a great job of passing tips and tricks along the way.. Our group learned a lot and agreed we would like to recreate some of these dishes at home again. I would recommend working w Chef Ken for your next cooking lesson/dinner party!

Chef Kenny was fantastic! We cooked an Italian meal w/ salad, arrancini, gnocci and cannoli all from scratch. Kenny was really knowledgeable, and explained a lot of little cooking tips and tricks along the way. The food was delicious, and I feel like I came out of the class a better cook.

What a super unique and personal experience! I booked this a birthday gift for my husband, and the both of us loved all 3 courses. Besides meal leftovers, we were given extra ingredients (sauce, dough, cheese, etc.) to keep and use for later - that was an unexpected but lovely surprise. Chef Denis was very accommodating and personable with plenty of stories to share. I would book again for other cuisines!

AMAZING CLASS!!! This is how you have fun during a pandemic! My boyfriend and I were the only ones in this pasta class, and it was extremely clean. Chef Ivan taught us how to prep, cut and cook like a pro! He was also very welcoming and funny. I can't wait to take his other classes in the future!

The experience was amazing. Chef Stefano was pleasant and a pleasure to cook with. Providing cooking tips along the way; laughter and great fun. This was my first time and I didnâ€™t know what to expect, I was immediately put at ease, both Chefs are super friendly and very informative. I would go experience this again. By the way the food turned out delicious and your take away is knowing how to make whatever you make in the kitchen that day!! This was one of the best cooking classes I ever experienced. The food was absolutely amazing and probably because the ingredients were fresh. I loved that Ivan gave us an overview of the night and how we all worked together to create the meal. I also loved that he allowed us to mingle and drink at the end of it all and finished up with the meals. This was a great dining experience!
