Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaimeâ€™s Home We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertopsâ€”perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision. Chef Jaimeâ€™s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued. Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. It was clear that sheâ€™s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about ensuring her students have a memorable experience. 5 Star class! Ivan made it very educational, but also fun and delicious! They were able to separate our group into 2 kitchens, so it was more hands on. We even got leftovers! Will definitely attend another one of his classes!

Chef Jamie was awesome!! We had so much fun! The cooking was fun and easy, and the food was delicious. Especially the guacamole and the empanadas! We generated plenty of leftovers, so we got a couple meals and a snack out of it :) highly recommend!

My sister, cousins, and I had such a great time at this cooking experience. Chef Jamie was not only super chill and funny but also made everything feel approachable and fun. The food turned out incredible, especially the pisto with bread and the sweet potato and bean filling for the empanadas, honestly, Iâ€™d eat that filling on its own. We came in thinking we might leave a little hungry, but we were so full by the end basically fighting to keep eating. The kitchen space was perfect for a group, with plenty of room for everyone to get hands-on. We all were able to chop, stir, pour, season, and Chef was super open to all our questions. We learned a lot about reducing food waste, proper knife techniques, and storing produce, plus got to hear about Chefâ€™s path to becoming a private chef. Also, random but worth mentioning, the whole place had a super peaceful vibe (shoes off at the door), and the bathroom? Gorgeous. Skylight and all. Highly recommend this experience!

This was by far the best cooking class that I have ever taken. Chef Ivan is an excellent educator who really cares that his students learn about proper strategies for cooking the chosen recipes. I would highly recommend his course to others and will definitely be signing up for another one of his courses.

Madona was great! Very knowledgeable and approachable. She was a great instructor that provided real insight to the rationale for technique and the recipes. We did a lot in 3 hour and made for any of us can transfer to our home kitchen.
