WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring authentic Italian pizza flavors to life in your own kitchen.
This cooking class introduces you to the art of pizza-making with Chef Jimi as your culinary guide. Learn how to create the perfect dough and customize your pizza with a variety of toppings.

Start with a light and flavorful Caprese salad made with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Then, dive into the hands-on process of making pizza dough from scratch and topping it with your favorite ingredients. End the class on a sweet note with a decadent Nutella pizza, blending creamy chocolate and crispy crust. Chef Jimi’s approachable style ensures a fun and delicious experience for all participants.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a unique and amazing experience! Chef Jimi prepared the Exquisite Spanish Flavors meal for my boyfriend and I - we will definitely be using Cozymeal again.
