**This was Chef Todd’s first Client Home cooking class experience** AND IT WAS GREAT. Chef Todd made this experience super insightful, teaching us technique and the art of Creole cuisine, while keeping it fun and playful. Huge thanks to his wife as well, as she was able to capture every moment. I highly recommend this class and hope to see Chef Todd again for the next class!

Chef Todd was amazing!!! He included all of us in preparing an awesome meal. The recipes were relatively simple, yet the out come was off the charts delicious!!! Chef and his wife Millie are an unbelievable team. They served the food in an artistic and loving fashion as well as cleaned everything. I would easily rate them a 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. I look forward to an event like this again in the future. Johnny A.

We had the pleasure of having Chef Todd for our anniversary dinner. He and his lovely wife were absolutely great. They even brought their own decor and utensils to provide if needed! They were professional, efficient and the food was delicious. I highly recommend! Thank you again, chef Todd!
