I bought this for a gift for my business partner and his wife, they loved it and booked it for their Friday date night! They called me after the dinner and couldnâ€™t keep talking about how wonderful the experience was and they even learned a few new things even though they both cook all of the time. They said the food was fresh and great too! The overall experience was great and Iâ€™m definitely going to get this as a gift for more peopleâ€¦I prefer gifting experiences vs actual gifts! We had a group of 8 and Greg was very good about starting on time. He was clear in his instructions and techniques. He made learning how to make sushi fun and easy. His ingredients were tasty. He provided us with great alternatives as well. He was quite personable and able to answer all questions. This was a great class and a lot of fun. I immediately ordered bamboo rolling mats and have bought ingredients to try this at home. Highly recommend Gregâ€™s classes.

We selected the "Cuisine from Spain" private meal option with Chef Greg as an at-home date since we have a baby and going out can be difficult. Chef Greg and the meal were great! We had good communication before the meal and he understood our dietary restrictions and time limitations. I'm a vegetarian and Chef Greg made sure that I could enjoy every course. The food was flavorful and we really enjoyed the crema catalana for dessert. Would definitely recommend a meal with Chef Greg.

This was the worst experience and I didnâ€™t actually get to experience the class. I would not schedule with this chef/company. For whatever reason, the company and chef did not effectively communicate my address where the chef was to do an in-home class we had scheduled for more than a month AND confirmed by the chef. The chef reached out 7 hours earlier that day to get my address. 3hrs after that, he texted me saying there is an additional travel free of $125 I need to provide in cash when he arrives. That was a 65% markup on what the whole class initially charged in the first place! Then when I said absolutely not and I would be reaching out to the company to either be assigned a new person or request a refund, the chef then tried to claim I was violating the 48 hr cancellation policy. What an absolute scam! While I respect he might have to travel far, itâ€™s not my fault the company assigned you verses someone closer. And the communication issue about my address should be between you and the company, and not me forced into a last minute shady thing that now you are going to keep my money saying I am canceling. This was supposed to be such a cool date night we had planned for over a month. Instead we feel scammed. When I called and spoke with someone immediately at that time before the event, they assured me they escalated this to a manager who would call me Monday when in office. Itâ€™s now Tuesday and since I havenâ€™t heard from anyone, I called them. The person I spoke to said, â€œmanagers arenâ€™t availableâ€ and they have a 72 hour resolution policy so I should wait until Wednesday. What?! Do you get that many problems you canâ€™t even return a call regarding an escalated incident? What a mess. Maybe theyâ€™ll call me back and Iâ€™ll revised this review, but until then, this is the unfortunate review.

He was nice. Food was just okay. Everything but the filet was cold and that was just warm. He did not serve us at the table which was just steps away from where we were eating he pushed it towards us so we knew when to come and get it.(very odd)The crÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©e was vanilla pudding in a plastic cup. For the price that we paid I would not recommend.
