We had a group of 8 and Greg was very good about starting on time. He was clear in his instructions and techniques. He made learning how to make sushi fun and easy. His ingredients were tasty. He provided us with great alternatives as well. He was quite personable and able to answer all questions. This was a great class and a lot of fun. I immediately ordered bamboo rolling mats and have bought ingredients to try this at home. Highly recommend Gregâ€™s classes.

I liked the demonstration and directions were given. I would have liked to have been able to review the recipes as we were cooking. We needed more kitchen utensils, so everyone at our table could complete their tasks. Example, there was only one rolling pin for six people. The class was rushed because there was another class after our group and we had to eat really fast. I burned my tongue. These are minor things that can be changed. Overall, I had a wonderful time. Never would have thought that I could make Dim Sum. My group was fun and encouraging. Chef was a little feisty, knowledgeable, and fun.

I took my wife and her sister here . Chef Jenny was amazing and taught us all about the mediterranean cuisine. From the delicious in-house nann bread. To the delicious roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins, and then finally the delicious skewered chicken with a yogurt sauce. Highly recommend this class and the instructor.

This was a superb experience from start to finish. Jenna brought everything we needed and expertly walked us through the whole cooking process. She is a natural teacher, explaining fascinating and useful cooking tips that will serve us well far in the future. She made the whole experience pleasant and fun, and one that we won't soon forget. Oh, and did I mention the food was phenomenal? Every dish was delicious, and the baklava was the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!!!! Chef Jenna was amazing. Not only was her food delicious but she was so personable. She brought everything with her (even dishes and cutlery)! When she left, you wouldnâ€™t have even know we had someone cook here as she cleaned up as well. I cannot recommend her enough. We will be asking her to cook for us again.

The food was incredible, we learned a lot about cooking and the whole process could not have been more seamless.
