The finest flavors of Italy are yours to savor and recreate whenever you please after joining this marvelous cooking class. An experienced instructor will guide you every step of the way with easy-to-follow instructions.

Begin building Roman flavors with an olive dip thatвЂ™s just like nonna used to make. Then youвЂ™ll move onto an crafting lemon Parmesan linguine entrГ©e from scratch - starting with a versatile pasta dough mastery. You will elevate the dish with grilled chicken served with a baby heirloom tomato and pesto salad. Finally, end the evening with a bang of an authentic vanilla gelato drizzled with maple balsamic and topped with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
