We had a group of 8 and Greg was very good about starting on time. He was clear in his instructions and techniques. He made learning how to make sushi fun and easy. His ingredients were tasty. He provided us with great alternatives as well. He was quite personable and able to answer all questions. This was a great class and a lot of fun. I immediately ordered bamboo rolling mats and have bought ingredients to try this at home. Highly recommend Greg’s classes.

We selected the "Cuisine from Spain" private meal option with Chef Greg as an at-home date since we have a baby and going out can be difficult. Chef Greg and the meal were great! We had good communication before the meal and he understood our dietary restrictions and time limitations. I'm a vegetarian and Chef Greg made sure that I could enjoy every course. The food was flavorful and we really enjoyed the crema catalana for dessert. Would definitely recommend a meal with Chef Greg.
