We were 20 minutes late and were fretting but Christopher made us feel at ease and smoothly transitioned into cooking. It was an absolute blast cooking with Christopher and food came out delicious. We had a 5 course French inspired meal and every single one of them was memorable. Me and my wife really enjoyed being part of the cooking process and let our artistic side express itself while plating. The highlights of the night were the foie gras(goose liver) and the halibut with couscous. Bonus points for putting my wife at ease at the prospect of making crepes in the future.

What a great experience! My son is an aspiring chef and this was his Christmas present. Chef Christopher was wonderful! He made us feel at home immediately and we had great fun trying foie gras for the first time and learning that presentation is not just about looks, but flavor. We had a very enjoyable night and the food was delicious. However, due to the large number of people in our group, we felt like we didn't get as much hands on experience with the actual preparation process as we thought we would going into the class.

Went during Valentineâ€™s Day and had a wonderful time. Christopher reached out to each couple to ensure everyone was comfortable with having others at the dinner as well as making sure the food choices were alright. He was a wonderful teacher and the food tasted great! Would definitely do this again.

We went to Chef Christopher's house and sat at his kitchen bar while he prepared the meal directly in front of us. He explained what he was making and how and was happy to answer our questions. We both learned a lot about preparing and serving food. Christopher was also very fun to interact with on other topics and the time flew by. This was our first time at a Cozymeal event and we were worried that it would be a disappointment, but Christopher is the real deal and prepared a tasty, gourmet dinner including some of the finest halibut we've ever had. We will do this again.

What a fantastic experience! It's clearly evident that Chef Christopher has a passion for cooking and entertaining. He's obviously very skilled in the kitchen, but also has an attention to detail. The ambience he has created for his class was perfect, and it was such a beautiful night to dine outside. So romantic! Booked a team building cooking class with Chef Joe and our group had a great time, he was incredibly professional, gave us some fantastic tips and taught us organic buying and how to prepare meals for special diets. Everyone was friendly (class mates and lead chief) itâ€™s the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. The class was large though and we all had to share everything. For example, there were 16 of us and only 8 cutting boards, 3 working burners and only 8 steaks. The whole meal was split into 2 groups so technically it was a communal meal prep and we all shared the food at the end. All of the ingredients were separated into two groups and we all had to share in preparing everything. The chief read the instructions/recipes aloud, and we all occasionally got to prepare some of the food since again, there were 8 of us (in my group) to prepare the 1 meal. When I signed up to pay $100 for this cooking class, I donâ€™t recall reading anything that said I would be working with others to prepare the dishes. In fact, I signed up for this specific class because it mentioned I could attend it solo instead of others stating it was for couples or pairs. So having to eat after other people wasnâ€™t what I was expecting and definitely not what I wanted to do. I left the event grateful for having been placed into a group of lovely ladies, but again I was initially under the impression I would have my own cooking station to prepare my own meal from start to finish and that I would learn something new about either cooking or tips on kitchen etiquette and I left with nothing new and still hungry. Based on this experience I canâ€™t recommend this experience.
