Taste and see what happens when Spanish and Asian cuisines collide in this culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Greg, you will learn how to prepare an avant-garde three-course menu that artfully fuses Spanish and Asian ingredients, flavor profiles, and cooking techniques.

You will begin the class by learning how to make surf and turf tostadas with spicy shrimp and carne asada. Then, you will prepare an impressive sushi burrito bulging with blackened ahi tuna and a homemade enchilada filling. Lastly, Chef Greg will share with you the secrets to making saffron-scented and chocolate-dipped fortune cookies from scratch for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We enjoyed our evening with Chef Greg. Food was delicious and interesting, something that we wouldn’t try to make ourselves. He wears personable and connected well with us. He was more than willing to teach us cooking skills and answer questions from curious wannabe cooks. Would definitely recommend this experience.
