We took this class as a couple and had an amazing time! Chef Antonio provides an authentic experience while keeping class manageable and fun! The food he prepared for us as we cooked was fantastic and the BYOB option kept things relaxed! His kitchen was cozy and clean and he provided clear instructions for us to follow for low experienced cooks like myself. Highly recommend this class for any date night or a friendly get-together!

We had so much fun taking Chef LisaвЂ™s macaron class! We found parking easily, weвЂ™re greeted and attended to right away, and went over our experience and questions before jumping in to cooking. Once started, all the ingredients were ready to go and she helped us with step by step instructions while providing her own tips along the way! She made the time together enjoyable with her witty sense of humor and had us splitting out tasks to get everything accomplished in the time we had together. We left with a ton of delicious cookies and were surprised WE made them ourselves! Had a blast and would recommend!

Cooking with Chef Melissa was so fun! We did a private event with my two adult children and their friends as a family Christmas present. Chef Melissa was good at explaining how to do thingsвЂ¦I actually was able to fold good looking potstickers! But even better was her personality, she is a lovely caring person and made the entire night enjoyable.

I did not know what to expect especially being in a group with other people. Chef Shailini made everyone comfortable and gave everyone the opportunity to participate at their comfort level I would recommend this class and would be interested in trying other classes. Overall a great experience!

This was our first cooking class ever and enjoyed it a ton. Chef Lisa made the process fun and not just us following recipe instructions. She explained why were were doing everything and answered any cooking/baking questions we had and of course the stuff we baked turned out as tasty as it sounded. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes baking, whether you're a newbie or just looking to learn how to make something new

We didnвЂ™t know what to expect as weвЂ™ve never done a cooking class or made pasta from scratch beforeвЂ¦ What an awesome and fun experience! Chef Antonio was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He educated us on the roots and history of the pasta we were making - and everything we learned can now be translated into making this on our own in our own homes! MelissaвЂ™s dumpling class exceeded our expectations! We had such a great time, the food was delicious, and Melissa is so sweet. The class was set up perfectly. We appreciated all the cooking tips, the fresh organic ingredients, and MelissaвЂ™s insight into the food and culture surrounding the food. Also, the class was BYOB and prior to the class Melissa went out of her way to give us some thoughtful recommendations. We went with her favorite Japanese beer which was so delicious I will continue to buy it. We left feeling like we could replicate our own dumplings at home and are excited to do so. She is a great chef, teacher, and person. And a plus - we got to take extra dumplings home which we devoured immediately! Thank you to Chef Melissa.

Chef Antonio was awesome!! He explained the history behind pizza as well as being very thorough in his teaching. The pizza was incredible and so were the apps and dessert. Got this as a gift for my husband and we both enjoyed it very much. Hope to book another class with him soon!

We had such a blast with Chef Harold! He shared a wealth of knowledge about the fundamentals of making a restaurant-quality meal starting with miso soup and ending in a variety of maki rolls. His sense of humor and dedication to making great food made for an engaging evening - and the sushi was SO good! Please take his classes!

Chef Shailini is amazing! Had a night set up that ended up just being myself and my girlfriend and she really made it a fun, interactive, and intimate setting. We arrived to have all the prep stations ready for us to dive right into the class and the result in the end was delicious - far to good for how easy it was to make once we learned. Melissa was fantastic. She has an impressive resume and is a great instructor. You can tell she is passionate about cooking and bringing people together to make memorable experiences. This was gift to my mother-in-law from her daughter and (2) daughter-in-laws. She adored the experience as did we. Melissa went that extra step and lit a candle, sang happy b-day, and even gave her a cool gift. The food exceeded my expectations and the best part is I now have the knowledge and skills to whip up those amazing dumplings and a pot of wonton soup.

Chef HaroldвЂ™s class was amazing. I booked the class as a birthday present for my girlfriend, who has Celiac and can rarely have teriyaki sauce and had never had tempura before. Chef Harold makes everything at home so itвЂ™s all gluten free, and heвЂ™s very knowledgeable about food safety in general. The sushi we made was the best sushi weвЂ™ve ever had. Chef Harold is a great teacher and has a very fun personality, which made the class even better. We especially appreciated hearing about his long experience making sushi and his explanation of the different types of sushi. IвЂ™d recommend this experience to anyone, and canвЂ™t wait to try making it on my own.

Shal was a fantastic host and teacher! My girlfriend and I were the only two in the class, so she made sure to ask beforehand if we had any preferences in terms of personalizing the menu. Shal provided homemade snacks during waiting periods along with great conversation. She even made us an extra dessert beyond the three that were planned! Would definitely recommend.

I booked Chef Harold specifically because of how many positive reviews he has. The sushi was the best IвЂ™ve ever had but that wasnвЂ™t my favorite part to be honest. His personality is why I want to express how happy I am that I booked with Chef Harold. When I requested the class I wrote in the comments that I had gastric bypass surgery 7 months ago (so I can only have brown rice and nothing fried) and that I love sushi because the protein it provides really gives my body what it needs. When he arrived he told me he made a couple exceptions for me because of my comment (1. He has never gone to NH, thatвЂ™s where I live. 2. He has a two person minimum, I booked for just myself). He truly wants to help/educate people that want to learn about healthier ways to eat and prepare food. He even left me a sushi roll mat as a Christmas gift! His kindness inspired me to tell my story of surgery to others because some of those people just may help you. He helped me tremendously!!

I surprised my boyfriend with Chef HaroldвЂ™s Sushi Spectacular and it was amazing!! We learned how to make 2 rolls and 1 hand roll. It was cool to hear about his sushi experience. We ate so much sushi, it was well worth it! Highly recommend picking chef Harold!!

What an excellent experience! Chef Antonio really exceeded on all accounts. The ingredients and food were excellent, and he is a great teacher being patient to explain and offer helpful encouragement to his students, both in terms of technique, recipe construction, and kitchen tools to get the most out of the skills we learned during the class. Having taken the Pizza Fundamentals course, I feel more confident in my ability to get great results in my home cooking and a greater appreciation for the care and attention that goes into great Italian cuisine. Chef Antonio's experience and talent as a teacher helps create an accessible learning environment equally matched for a beginner who has never tried making pizza at home to a more advanced student who wants tips and pointers on how to improve consistency and speed of their techniques. I'm eager for my next opportunity to work with Chef Antonio in a future class to learn from his 30+ years professional background in Italian cuisine.
