This was one of the funnest date nights weвЂ™ve ever done! Catalina was inviting and everyone in the group (8 others we did not know) got a chance to try each part of the cooking process. She explained everything, let us do our thing, and then we all ate together at the end. Definitely want to do again!

Catalina was an incredible teacher! I had been to 2 cooking classes prior to hers and she, by far, excelled in her cooking teaching skills. I learned many new things I had not known before. The food was absolutely incredible. The one downside is that there was not an appetizer or bread or crackers or anything to eat during the two hour cooking session. So people were ravenous by the time we sat down to eat the dinner. She should charge an extra $5 per person to have a little charcuterie of even just warm bread and oil/vinegar dipping sauce to sustain you while you are cooking and learning.

Very friendly environment and very knowledgeable chef! Was a little less hands on than I expected, but I understand you can't have 10 people working on the same stove. Very great class for someone wanting to learn basics of cooking and some fundamentals of French cuisine.

Highly recommend: My girlfriend and I don't often do cooking classes, and I'm kitchen illiterate. Chef Catalina and her curated experience was helpful for both beginners and seasoned kitchen folk. Arriving in her home, I wasn't sure what to expect but her kitchen had everything you'd want for this experience while having a homey and hospitable vibe to boot. After folks settled in, she was warm, approachable and open to questions (specific or general) about her craft and improving our own. We opted for the French cuisine and were not disappointed. This experience is perfect for a date night, getting out, or just doing something different from the routine. Thanks chef!

Ditch the stuffy kitchens and impersonal chefs! Our French culinary adventure unfolded in Catalina's warm kitchen, filled with the aroma of coq au vin, ratatouille and so much more. The menu was a delicious trip through the French classics, but the real magic was Catalina's contagious passion. Her knowledge flowed effortlessly, transforming each step into a fun, shared experience. We laughed, cooked, and finally gathered around the table to savor the fruits of our labor. It was more than a class; it was a magical evening. Highly recommend Chef Catalina!

Our family of 9 had a wonderful, informative, interactive and wonderful time with Chef Catalina. It was such a great experience. Catalina was warm, welcoming, and taught us a lot. She created a great, fun atmosphere in a wonderful setting. We had so much fun preparing, cooking and eating a great meal together. We will be back. High recommended.

Fantastic food, great educational experience but overall missed the mark. You arrive at 6 and there is zero to eat for two hours. Having a charcuterie board prepared to welcome your guests would be an easy fix. We would gladly pay extra for this. ItвЂ™s unrealistic to expect guests to arrive at mealtime and not eat for two hours.
