Measure and prep all ingredients.
Prepare the burger sauce. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pickle relish, yellow mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and white wine vinegar. Set aside.
Prepare the ground beef. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Cook until the beef is no longer pink and browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain the fat.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the baking dish. Spread half of the burger sauce evenly over the rolls.
Top with the cooked ground beef.
Top with the sliced cheese, finely chopped onions and dill pickles.
Drizzle the remaining burger sauce over the top.
Cover with the top half of the rolls. Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter and scatter the sesame seeds. Cover the baking dish with foil. Bake the rolls for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Remove the top buns and add the shredded iceberg lettuce before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Sweet paprika is preferred but hot or smoked paprika can also be substituted.
- If you want beefier cheeseburger sliders, feel free to increase the amount of beef to 1½ pounds.
- If your slider rolls come attached in one big sheet, you can slice the entire loaf in half and keep it intact while building the sliders.
- Any type of slider roll can be substituted.
