Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish. On a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the steak and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until the meat is just cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Place the bottom half of the rolls into the baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the rolls.
