Make the Creole drizzle. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, parsley, Creole seasoning and jalapeño. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 500°F. Make the burgers. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, jalapeño, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, pepper and salt.
Form three to four burger patties.
Wrap a strip of bacon around each patty. Bake patties for 6-7 minutes. Then turn the oven to broil and broil patties for 6-7 minutes, or until done.
Serve patties on burger buns with the creole drizzle and your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
