Directions 10 steps | 30 Minutes
Make the burger sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk or heavy cream, garlic powder, pepper, cumin, onion powder, paprika, Creole seasoning and salt. Set aside.
In a bowl, season the ground meat with salt and pepper.
Shape the ground meat into patties that will fit inside the circumference of the wonton wrapper.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat one teaspoon of oil.
Place burgers inside the skillet and cook each burger for 3-4 minutes.
Cover the skillet and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove the burgers from the skillet and form a wonton around the bottom of a burger patty. If using toppings, place no more than 1 teaspoon of the topping.
Cover the burger patty with another wonton wrapper dipped in water.
Heat the oil over medium heat for frying and fry the burger bite for 30 seconds on each side.
Top with the burger sauce or a sauce of your choice. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
Notes:
- If using ground beef, use a 75/25 or 80/20 fat blend.
- Buy the wonton wrappers according to the desired size of your burger bites.
