My wife and I had an amazing experience with Chef Landi. He welcomed us with his friendly personality. We chopped, diced, and prepped our meal while Chef Landi shared some of his vast culinary knowledge. The end product was a delicious 4 course meal that we now know how to make at home thanks to Chef Landi. I would recommend this class to everyone.

Amazing flavors! Hands on learning. Highly recommend Chef David. We took the French cooking class. You will learn to prepare a Gourmet meal! This is a great date night or just a fun night out. A nice to change to the normal routine of going out to dinner. If you live in the New Jersey of Philadelphia area - this cooking class is worth it!

Just had the Mezze Experience at Chef Dan's house with my good friend. I recommend this experience 1,000%!!!! Chef Dan is friendly, easy to talk to, a great teacher with lots of good cooking tips, has a beautiful home, and was just a wonderful host. I hope I can take more family and friends to cook and eat with Chef Dan, that's how much fun we had. Thanks for a wonderful experience and delicious recipes!

I was skeptical of this experience at first, concerned about the quality if the class and also the flow of it. But I am beyond glad I booked it anyway! Chef David brings more to the table than just the actual cooking (which was gourmet and delicious) and the teaching. He shares his knowledge, stories and experiences that liven the conversation and also provide more color to dish we are making and thoroughly enjoying. My fiance and I both agreed the entire experience was so much better than dining at a 'fancy' restaurant and we got to take home all the yummy leftovers! Thanks Chef David, see you again soon!

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Daniel getting all kinds of tips and instruction in making a really delicious meal. We had a lot of fun with the other guests and he did a great job explaining the ingredients and techniques and then dividing the tasks up between each of us. The meal was fantastic and the fact that we have leftovers an added bonus!

Chef Landi is a treasure. He is so personable and fun. The food was incredible and his home was welcoming and warm. I was there for a valentines treat with my husband and this was the perfect date!! However there was a beautiful young girl in her 20вЂ™s there who came alone and fit right in so you donвЂ™t need to be in a couple to enjoy this adventure. It was just lovely, start to finish. And what a finish. (Banana bread pudding) * the chef was easily able to adapt the menu for an allergy too and that was super helpful and noteworthy

Federico created a great evening for our team's cooking class. Everyone got to be involved in the preparation of the meal, he made the recipe exciting yet easy to follow, and the food tasted fantastic. Chef Landi was awesome! When we arrived he greeted us and shared his cooking experiences which was very interesting. Everything for the meal was prepped. He explained the recipes as we cooked and shared details with each course. Chef Landi has a warm, witty personality and a beautiful smile. The meal was delicious. I could not have had a better time at this class. Chef Landi made us feel comfortable from the start and just made it such an enjoyable experience for us. We had such a wonderful time with Chef Landi. He creates such a homey and comfortable place to watch and participate in making this excellent yet simple meal. He clearly loves his work and made it accessible and enjoyable. Each dish was fantastic in its own right and they all worked well together - the mushroom soup was outstanding as were the pureed parsnips, salmon with lovely sauce and drizzles of truffle oil to make everything better. We'll be cooking all of the and will be back for more lessons!! Thank you.

13 members of my team and I joined Chef Federico today for a team building event and it lived up to all that I hoped it would be! From the start, the Cozymeal representative was extremely attentive, identifying the right Chef for my event. Leading up to it, Chef Federico was extremely helpful with menu and catering to my team's needs. The day started out with a lovely cheese board as we settled in and had fun. The menu was perfect, from start to finish. Chef was extremely helpful and great to spend the day with. My team and I loved the experience.
