My wife and I had an amazing experience with Chef Landi. He welcomed us with his friendly personality. We chopped, diced, and prepped our meal while Chef Landi shared some of his vast culinary knowledge. The end product was a delicious 4 course meal that we now know how to make at home thanks to Chef Landi. I would recommend this class to everyone.

Our experience with Ted and Karen was exactly what we were hoping for! There were plenty of cooking tips and takeaways, but lots of time to relax and just watch, as well. We gave this evening as a gift to my father, and he was more than impressed and appreciative of this thoughtful experience! The four of us who attended would highly recommend booking an evening with Chef Ted!

Chef Dan is amazing! His home is so lovely and heвЂ™s very kind when teaching. Definitely byo friendly! The guests were so nice too. We were like friends for a couple hours. We made so much that he even let us take home the extras. Such a fun time!

Chef Landi is a treasure. He is so personable and fun. The food was incredible and his home was welcoming and warm. I was there for a valentines treat with my husband and this was the perfect date!! However there was a beautiful young girl in her 20вЂ™s there who came alone and fit right in so you donвЂ™t need to be in a couple to enjoy this adventure. It was just lovely, start to finish. And what a finish. (Banana bread pudding) * the chef was easily able to adapt the menu for an allergy too and that was super helpful and noteworthy

The event was a success!!! My entire team was thrilled with Chef Federico and the class. We were all pleasantly surprised that the team could cook (lol). Chef Federico was great to be around. He spent just enough time with each group explaining the steps needed to create the delicious recipes without being overbearing or making us feel like we didnвЂ™t know what we were doing. The pasta making portion of the class was the perfect group task as we all had our hands involved. This was absolutely the best team event.

Chef Landi was awesome! When we arrived he greeted us and shared his cooking experiences which was very interesting. Everything for the meal was prepped. He explained the recipes as we cooked and shared details with each course. Chef Landi has a warm, witty personality and a beautiful smile. The meal was delicious. I could not have had a better time at this class. Chef Landi made us feel comfortable from the start and just made it such an enjoyable experience for us. We had such a wonderful time with Chef Landi. He creates such a homey and comfortable place to watch and participate in making this excellent yet simple meal. He clearly loves his work and made it accessible and enjoyable. Each dish was fantastic in its own right and they all worked well together - the mushroom soup was outstanding as were the pureed parsnips, salmon with lovely sauce and drizzles of truffle oil to make everything better. We'll be cooking all of the and will be back for more lessons!! Thank you.
