We made an Italian salad, Roman meatballs, turmeric pasta and a Tiraminnoli(cross between Tiramisu and Cannoli. The food was amazing and the experience was fun and relaxing. Chef Landi was personable and taught us so much. Would highly recommend.

Michael's class was in depth and well prepared, and their kitchen boasts the perfect space for group instruction and demos. We will absolutely be returning to take more of Michael's classes as we were blown away by everything. Cant recommend this class as well as Michael's repertoire of other classes quite enough!
