In this hands-on class, some classic Middle Eastern dishes will be showcased for you to create completely from scratch. You will discover new ingredients and spices that you may have never used before! Prepare traditional Middle Eastern dishes that will surely wow your senses and open your eyes to new ingredients and exciting flavors.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Emily is a true professional. She is personable and friendly and wants to make sure you know how to cook dishes that you love. Her food is bold and flavorful and completely vegetarian. My favorite dish was the Gazpacho, it had the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors and was a great summer dish. I highly recommend Emily for novice and advanced home cooks alike.
