Get your team together for a hands-on team building activity where you'll roll up your sleeves and craft Roman-style pizza the traditional way! With Chef Federico as your expert guide, you'll be set to success in the kitchen.
Together you'll assemble a Niçoise salad loaded with tuna, potatoes, green beans and eggs. Then, you'll dive into the main course, where you'll knead, roll and cut your pizza into square slices and top it with fragrant basil and a rich tomato sauce. For the finale, you'll craft a decadent panna cotta dessert to enjoy with your colleagues after a fantastic afternoon of cooking and conversations.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Federico! We could not recommend him more. We (my partner and I) went for our six year anniversary and simply had a blast. (On that note, we felt very comfortable in this class as an LGBTQ couple!) Chef Federico was an outstanding host and extremely well prepared for our class. He had prepared and organized all the food ahead of time, so we had minimal grunt work and maximal fun. He even prepared us a number of appetizers to nibble on during the class. He was a superb teacher and gave us a number of tips. We also greatly appreciated how accommodating he was in getting us scheduled when we had limited availability. And finally, the food was SO GOOD (buonissimo!!!!). Grazie, Chef Federico!

The event was a success!!! My entire team was thrilled with Chef Federico and the class. We were all pleasantly surprised that the team could cook (lol). Chef Federico was great to be around. He spent just enough time with each group explaining the steps needed to create the delicious recipes without being overbearing or making us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. The pasta making portion of the class was the perfect group task as we all had our hands involved. This was absolutely the best team event.

I was given this class as a gift from a relative. I have to admit I had my reservations. I thought this was not my kind of thing. Well, I was wrong. This class or I should say, the experience was amazing. Chef Federico is a wonderful man. He was so inviting and made us feel at home at the very beginning. Chef not only took his time explaining the recipes but also gave insight into the region and history of his food from his homeland. Seeing him explain step-by-step the process was truly delight. You can see he takes pride in his skills and culture. The food was amazing. My only complaint is, he calls his sauce, sauce. When we all know it’s gravy… haha! All joking a slide. In the strongest terms I recommend Chef Federico‘s courses. You won’t be disappointed!

You never know what to expect when you sign up for a cooking class. Who will be there? Will it be clean? Will I get to participate? Will I learn anything? Well Federico's class checked all the boxes. He welcomed my friend and me into his home to make Gnocchi, Caponata, and this amazing strawberry dessert. He was organized and professional. The two other guests were delightful. After preparing our meal which we could now easily reproduce at home, we sat down to a lovely lunch with total strangers, had great conversation, and easily relaxed into what was offered to us. I highly recommend taking a class with Federico. I walked away with some new tips, cooking skills and a general appreciation of his cuisine.

My wife and I took Chef Federico's class for our wedding anniversary. He was very helpful with overcoming scheduling hurdles, welcomed us warmly, and had everything ready for our class including some delicious cheeses and breads to start. His facilities were impeccibly clean, his instructions were clear and fun, and the meal came out delicious! Chef Federico made us feel at home, learning his family recipes and discussing cooking techniques and trends. And as a surprise, he made us a spcial anniversary tart! 13 members of my team and I joined Chef Federico today for a team building event and it lived up to all that I hoped it would be! From the start, the Cozymeal representative was extremely attentive, identifying the right Chef for my event. Leading up to it, Chef Federico was extremely helpful with menu and catering to my team's needs. The day started out with a lovely cheese board as we settled in and had fun. This was a fun experience to celebrate my sisters birthday! The six of us went out of our comfort zone and had a great time with Federico! We went to his place in South Philly and it was really easy to get to. It was Super clean, nice area, and beautiful home. We each had a station where he instructed us on how to prep our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed being with Federico as he told us his background and heritage in Italy. We brought our own wine and he provided soft drinks, it was perfect for my husband who doesn’t drink. I highly suggest the meat and cheese upgrade. It’s all from the Italian market in Philly - mouth watering just thinking about it! We got to take home the recipe to give it a try at home. Everything was so fresh and the environment was overall a great time.

We haven’t done much the last few years with the pandemic, so we decided to treat ourselves and go for a cooking class. Very worth it! Chef Federico was so welcoming and hospitable. In addition to the meal, he was kind enough to prepare some appetizers (the white beans and shallots??? I need a class on that in itself ?). We took the vegetarian cooking class with Chef Federico, who was very hospitable, friendly, and personable! We enjoyed cooking with him and making our fresh pasta from scratch! He responded quickly to my messages, and took dietary restrictions into highest consideration. Since the two of us in my party were the only ones in our particular class, we were even able to upgrade the dessert to a strawberry mousse, which was delightful! I highly recommend Chef Federico and guarantee you'll have a lovely experience.

Chef Federico hosted my daughter and me for Cooking Class in his home last night. Chef Federico persistenly worked to find a convenient time to accomodate Covid and made sure we all felt welcome and safe during these extenuating circumstances. All precautions were taken, including ability to social distance, masks and gloves and plenty of hand sanitizer. He providing each of two couples with individual utensils and supplies to avoid any cross contamination . The meal of veggie appetizer, spinach gnocchi and strawberry mouse was delicious! Cant wait to make at home !

Federico was very nice, easy to talk to, and made us feel at home. He greets you with snacks and you are allowed to bring alcohol. We made gnocchi with a twist (no potato) which was very good. Estuvimos muy contentas con Federico! En primero lugar su hospitalidad, su casa muy bien puesta y muy limpia!!! Cuida mucho los detalles. Nuestro grupo de niñas de 12 años, no podÃÂan creer que les tuviera preparado un "brake" con carnes frÃÂas, fruta, refrescos, botana, etc. IncreÃÂble! Este fue el primer menú que hicieron, 1 de 3, y estaban encantadas con los instrumentos de trabajo, porque tenÃÂa el instrumento necesario para cada cosa. Un detalle que tuvo con las niñas fue que les picó la cebolla antes de que llegaran para que no "lloraran... por ser pequeñas. Les gustó mucho el menú, y lo que mas nos encantó fue el comentario de una niña que dijo: "Ahora ya me gustan las verduras!". Hasta eso logró Federico!! Esperamos que el próximo año nos vuelva a dar las clases este super chef! Mil gracias por todo!!

Federico es un super chef!! Además de lo que puse en otro review, en este menú nos encantó la combinación de rissoto con kiwi, nadie de las que fuimos lo habÃÂamos probado anteriormente. Lo que me encantó de Federico, fue que no a todo el rissoto le puso el kiwi, por si a alguna niña no le gustaba y como quiera lo pudiera probar. Este fue uno de los muchos detalles que tuvo Frederico con nuestro grupo de niñas de 12 años. Los tiempos muy bien llevados para cada parte del menú.

When you want to try something a bit more hands on but with all the charm of the boutique cooking classes, you would be hard pressed to find a better night out than with Chef Federico of Cozymeal. He brings a dash of Italian cuisine, the rustic charm of northern Italy and blends them together for an enjoyable night in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended. The gnocchi was to die for but this time I know how to make it myself.

the entire experience was incredible! Chef Federico is amazing, he walked us through each step, answered all of our questions. We learned about our dishes and the region they are from - and, thanks to daylight savings, we were totally late and he was just so gracious towards our mishap. We will be taking another class with him soon!

Federico was absolutely incredible. We had a wonderful time. We made frittata with a Parmesan mouse, kiwi risotto and crustado with marmalade. Everything was delicious. Frederico was informative and interactive. Recommend this to anyone and definitely will be doing this again!!

Empanadas time! Federico uses multiple fillings: beef stew and cheese, tomatoes and mozzarella, and mushrooms as well. All of them great! Federico was a patient and knowledgeable teacher. I am ready do take another of his cooking classes.

I know Federico sometimes cooks recipes that include fish and meat. However, a couple of weeks ago, he cooked for me a vegan dinner and it was amazing. The oven-baked acorn squash with maple syrup and cinnamon was a great idea for dessert. Five stars chef.

Risotto in north of Italy is as common as is the pasta. We eat it pretty often in my house. You can literaly use a number of different ingredients. The secret is how you cook it and the timing. Federico mix traditional Italian cuisine with new and particular ingredients. Risotto with kiwi was very original and tasty.

Last Sunday, Federico showed my husband and I how to make homemade pizza. His recipe (which includes a boiled potato in the dough) gives the pizza a kick of flavor and a fluffy texture. I loved the one with anchovies and capers and the four-cheese and red pepper flakes even more. Thank you, your pizza is always great!

Fede taught me how to cook a lot of dishes full of veggies. I don't consider myself a vegetarian but I really enjoyed his recipes. His gnocchi are full of vegetables and you can actually taste them.
