Chef Daniel was AMAZING! Not only was the food incredible, but he had us entertained the entire night. He told us stories about his journey to becoming a chef, which included many funny times that heâ€™s had with friends and family over the years. He has a beautiful home and his kitchen was a good size for us to be able to move around. He had everything prepared for us to enjoy our experience cooking the menu. All of the ingredients were fresh and all of his equipment was first class. We really felt comfortable cooking with him, because we could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. This was more fun and gratifying than going out to a restaurant, because we go to eat so much delicious food that we were able to cook ourselves. We didnâ€™t know what to expect going into it, but weâ€™re sure glad that we gave it a shot. We highly recommend Chef Daniel as he far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back to cook with him again in the future.

Chef Daniel was amazing, so warm and welcoming and showed us how to make a beautiful meal! He gives great tips on how do do â€œbasicâ€ (basic for him, that is!) tasks in the kitchen. Iâ€™d love to do it again! The meal was absolutely delicious! Homemade pasta was to die for, as was the entire meal! Thank you Chef Daniel!!

Really enjoyed cooking with Chef Daniel. He is very outgoing and made the experience really fun. While cooking he taught us some tricks to allow us to cook a great meal without having to spend all day in the kitchen. The food was delicious, the kitchen was clean, the chef was great, and we really are looking forward to going again.

He was welcoming and had an extremely well kept kitchen and dining room that created an inviting atmosphere. We loved the four courses we made and couldn't wait for him to send us the recipes.
