Booked the class The Harmonious Flavors of Italy with Chef Landi in Philadelphia (Queen Village)
We made an Italian salad, Roman meatballs, turmeric pasta and a Tiraminnoli(cross between Tiramisu and Cannoli. The food was amazing and the experience was fun and relaxing. Chef Landi was personable and taught us so much. Would highly recommend.

Booked the class Beloved New York Desserts with Chef Cristina in King of Prussia
We tried to make 3 Baby style desserts, but due to the time constraints only one turned out and even that not too well. One skill we can away with was being more adept with filling and using the filling/piping bag. Unfortunately, there were too many participants and not enough time for one instructor to teach effectively. Would not recommend this. Additionally, it was hard to find the location based on the information we were provided.
