Chef Federico was wonderful and accommodating. He allowed us to adjust the time so we would not be late. Once we arrived, he was ready to roll. The class itself ran smoothly and the Chef was very informative. The food we prepared was delicious. We look forward to our next class with Chef Federico.

Fun class with friendly people. Sports bar location with huge TV screens everywhere was a little dark and noisy for a larger group.

Great class! You do work in a table of 4, so if there are fewer in your group, you will be paired with others who are touching your food. The chef is very adamant about hand washing and everything felt very sanitary though. We've made homemade pasta before, but have always struggled with filled pastas - whether you had experience or not, this was a fun class where everyone learned something!

Chef Landi provided an incredibly warm and engaging experience for the group. We learned to cook each course step by step, tasting and laughing along the way. Every part of this experience was thoughtfully planned and Chef Landi guided us through a wonderful evening of food and stories.

Chef Joe was exceptional. He was a great instructor and we had a lot of fun and learned helpful tips. The food was absolutely delicious. I would have hoped for more steak though. We had one piece of flank for 4 people and it really wasn't enough to feed us all.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic! The event room was cosy, beautifully decorated and funtional as well. She had a fabulous spread of cheeses, meats,etc.. when we arrived and we made our own charcuterie boards. We made many different pastas & helped with a loverly lemon cake and focacciaвЂ”after which Stephanie cooked up the pastas with 4 different sauces and served us all. We ate well! All in all a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it. E&E

My fiancee and I like to make pizzas at home and thought it would be a fun date night activity. Not only did we have a fun time making the pizzas, we got to make homemade pesto and cannolis as well! Chef Michael was patient, informative, and provided a fun, laidback environment. Highly recommend to anyone, and we hope to be back in the future!

We booked Chef Michael on a Saturday night for my fiancГ©s 30th birthday celebration. The class consisted of 6 people; 3 couples. The class was AWESOME! Chef Michael simplified things for the class and gives tips throughout. You can ask him anything during the class (cooking related, his prior experiences, etc). Also a very funny guy which made the class all the better. The kitchen is Tuscan style and so cool! Overall would give this class a 10/10 and will definitely be booking Chef Michael in the future.

We used the Classic Italian Bolognese event for a small company team building experience and it could not have been better. We went to the chefs place, and it was very clean and suitable for our team size. Chef Federico made sure to assign tasks so that everyone was involved. He was also very informative when it came to what we were making and why certain ingredients were being used vs others. I would highly recommend events with Chef Federico!
