Join Chef Federico and learn the time-honored secrets to preparing a classic Italian bolognese sauce.
In this hands-on class with Chef Federico, you and your team will learn how to prepare a classic three-course Italian dinner menu featuring an authentic, homemade Bolognese sauce that might even be better than Nonna's.
You will begin by learning how to take a humble package of ground beef and transform it into something worthy of the finest dinner party with an irresistible silkiness and a deep, meaty flavor. You can also look forward to learning how to prepare a bruschetta starter and a white chocolate mousse for dessert. Book this team building session today.

We used the Classic Italian Bolognese event for a small company team building experience and it could not have been better. We went to the chefs place, and it was very clean and suitable for our team size. Chef Federico made sure to assign tasks so that everyone was involved. He was also very informative when it came to what we were making and why certain ingredients were being used vs others. I would highly recommend events with Chef Federico!

Our family of 13 had the best time w/Chef Federico! His home is lovely, warm & welcoming. He was so organized for our large group. We broke into groups but also shared tasks to create a delicious fresh salad, potato gnocchi with a chicken bolognese (recipe chef created based off our family preferences & YUM), & strawberry tiramisu for dessert. We had a wonderful experience with Chef Federico! We could not recommend him more. We (my partner and I) went for our six year anniversary and simply had a blast. (On that note, we felt very comfortable in this class as an LGBTQ couple!)
Chef Federico was an outstanding host and extremely well prepared for our class. He had prepared and organized all the food ahead of time, so we had minimal grunt work and maximal fun. He even prepared us a number of appetizers to nibble on during the class. He was a superb teacher and gave us a number of tips. We also greatly appreciated how accommodating he was in getting us scheduled when we had limited availability.
And finally, the food was SO GOOD (buonissimo!!!!). Grazie, Chef Federico!
