WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn all about Portuguese cuisine during a hands-on experience.
Explore the flavors of the Atlantic in this cooking class, where you'll craft a noteworthy Portuguese feast. Guided by a top-rated chef, you'll start by making the classic piri piri chicken with its signature spicy marinade. Next, prepare Brussels sprouts and golden croquettes, the Portuguese way. When it's time for dessert, your chef will teach you how to make caramelized custard tarts, a beloved local favorite.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
