In this class, you will be creating several appetizers and snacks completely made from plants! If you are looking to incorporate more vegetables into your life, or are searching for exciting new ideas on using plants in your cooking, this hands-on class is just for you. Create beautiful and aromatic dishes that also taste incredible, including spicy carrot hummus with naan, and crostini topped with cilantro, arugula and green chile pesto.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Emily is a true professional. She is personable and friendly and wants to make sure you know how to cook dishes that you love. Her food is bold and flavorful and completely vegetarian. My favorite dish was the Gazpacho, it had the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors and was a great summer dish. I highly recommend Emily for novice and advanced home cooks alike.
