Embark on an authentic culinary journey with your team to the Mediterranean coast of Italy.
In this hands-on class with Chef Federico, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Mediterranean Italian dinner menu alongside your colleagues using time-honored Italian culinary techniques.
Chef Federico will begin by teaching you how to build a hearty, yet refreshing Mediterranean panzanella salad. Then, you will learn how to prepare traditional potato gnocchi shaped like pillows with ridges to catch all the savory homemade tomato sauce. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a velvety chocolate mousse complete with freshly whipped cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
