Join Chef Federico for a fun and exciting mystery basket cooking challenge with your team!
In this hands-on team building experience hosted by Chef Federico, you and your group will be divided into four teams, then they'll go head to head to see who can craft the best dish possible with the given ingredients.
Chef Federico will grant each team a mystery basket for each course — one basket for the appetizers, one for the salads, one for the entrée, and one for the dessert. Chef Federico will be available to both teams to answer any questions about kitchen tools and equipment, and basic culinary techniques.

He spent just enough time with each group explaining the steps needed to create the delicious recipes without being overbearing or making us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. The pasta making portion of the class was the perfect group task as we all had our hands involved. This was absolutely the best team event.
